Does Haute Hijab have a physical store?

No. We do not currently have a physical location, although it is something we may consider in the future. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy your shopping experience on our website!

Why am I having a hard time logging in?

You may be using an incorrect password, or you may still need to activate your account. Please search for a welcome email that invites you to activate your new account. If you can’t find it, please reach out to us at and we'll be happy to help.

How do I refer friends?

Thanks for sharing the love! You can refer your friends by clicking on the Rewards Panel on the lower right-hand side of your screen — just make sure you're logged in. You'll be able to send them a $10 discount and in turn, earn a $10 discount when they make a qualifying purchase using your unique link.

What is the HH Community Rewards Program?

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save. To join, go to our Community Rewards page, create your account, and start enjoying your rewards!

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases. For every purchase, every $1 spent = 1 point earned. To see all the ways you can earn points, head over to our Community Rewards page. Scroll down for all the fun details!

How do I view my point balance?

Make sure you are signed into your account. You can check your points balance on the Community Rewards page or by clicking on the Rewards Panel on the lower right-hand side of your screen.

How do I redeem my Reward Points?

You can redeem your reward points when checking out on our site. Simply use the slider to apply as many points as you would like to that purchase. If you aren't seeing this option, make sure you're logged in to your account and you have a minimum of 100 points.

If you're checking out on your mobile device, make sure to click on Show Order Summary which will expand the checkout options and allow you to redeem points or enter a gift card/ discount code.

You can also redeem your points by clicking on the Rewards Panel on the lower right-hand side of your screen and selecting "Redeem My Points."

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

Your pending points will become canceled and will be removed from your account.

Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, canceled or returned a purchase.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

It can sometimes take extra time for us to process your activity and provide your points. If you don't immediately see your points, check back again within 24-48 hours.

What are loyalty member tiers?

Tiers are based on how much you spend within a 12-month period and each tier comes with its own perks. Redeeming your loyalty points does not affect your tier. 

Jade: 0+ points
Emerald: 500+ points
Diamond: 1000+

Why did my tier change?

Loyalty tiers are based on your spending in the past 365 days. Your tier is adjusted flexibly to match your spend in the past year with the correct tier level. This means that your tier could change dynamically depending on when you placed orders with us.


What shipping options do you offer?

We offer free shipping within the U.S. for orders $35 USD and up. We also offer 2-day and overnight shipping options. 

In the UK, we offer free shipping for orders above £35. Orders to Canada that are above $60 CAD are eligible for free shipping. We also offer free shipping in the European Union for orders above €50. 

For international orders outside of those listed above, we offer either priority shipping with customs fees included or expedited shipping options via FedEx that do not include customs fees.

To examine your shipping options and prices based on your address and the weight of your order, please proceed to checkout. You can view the final costs prior to making your purchase.

How much will my customs fees be?

Please note that customs fees vary country-to-country and are totally up to the country of import. They're calculated from the weight and size of the package. Passport Shipping combines customs/duties charges at checkout, that way you won't be charged additional fees upon delivery. EU orders below €150 will have customs included at checkout, and those above €150 may trigger additional fees upon arrival. 

Please note that FedEx shipping options do not include any potential duty/customs fees. So if you select FedEx as your shipping option, you will likely be charged additional fees upon delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Orders placed after our cutoff time (generally early afternoon) will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Once your order is processed, the shipping time varies based on the shipping method that is chosen. You can read more about our shipping policy here.

I'm not in the US. Does Haute Hijab ship to my country?

Yes! We ship globally so as long as there is a working postal system in your country, we will ship to you. :) To make sure that we ship to your specific location, please go to our website and click on the shopping cart to see the shipping section at checkout. Click on Country/Origin to view all the countries that we can ship to. If you have any trouble, please feel free to reach out to so we can help.

How long does international shipping take?

Standard international shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks. We do offer faster options as well, the price varies depending on where you live and how quickly you need the package to arrive. The best way to examine the different options is to proceed to the checkout window on the website. At that point, based on the weight of your items and your shipping address, you will be presented with a variety of shipping choices. You will see the shipping speed estimates for the different prices.


What is your return policy?

You can return any products purchased within 30 days as long as they are unwashed and unworn. For domestic returns, we can supply you with a pre-paid return label if you head to our returns page here. We charge a $5 return fee to cover the cost of shipping and restocking the merchandise that will be deducted from your refund. However, if you opt for store credit or if you choose to exchange the items instead of receiving a refund, we will waive the $5 fee! Just make sure to complete the exchange during your return process on our returns page.
