I actually bought the new release before getting this one. I love that this fabric is lighter so would kinda work more for hotter days. I still haven't tried it on so I dunno how much of a difference the git would be.

Bought it because of the insane drop in price :) I love the material, but the fit is a bit tight compared to the newer version, also the lack of rutches at the back make it tighter
