Canada / UK Orders**
We offer Free Shipping to Canada and the UK on orders $75 or more every day! Shipping rates are based on weight calculation from the courier. Shipping may take 8 to 15 business days to arrive.
International Orders**
Shipping rates for all countries are weight calculated based on courier rates. International Mail Standard does not come with tracking. Shipping may take 8 to 15 business days to arrive. If you require special handling, please email us before placing your order.

30 Day Refunds
Haute Hijab gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (Not Available)
Reserving your favorite item is not always possible. To offer you a better experience, we encourage you to place a new order for the items of your choice (while they're available) and receive a full refund for your return.

Return Shipping
To return your merchandise using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail the item to be returned inside the original plastic packaging along with the packing slip to the address we provide. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process a refund in accordance with this policy.
