Haute Hijab gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or a gift card to our store, whichever you prefer. We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (Not Available)
Reserving your favorite item is not always possible. To offer you a better experience, we encourage you to place a new order for the items of your choice (while they're available) and receive a full refund for your return.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund.
We do not offer free returns which means that we are not responsible for return shipping.
If you return your merchandise with our prepaid shipping label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return.
Returns are quick and easy with our online system. To begin a return, log into your Haute Hijab account and open your Order History. Next, locate the order number for the items you're returning, and click the arrow in the right-hand column. Then, select "Request a Return" to initiate the returns process and generate your prepaid shipping label.
To return your merchandise using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail the item to be returned inside the original plastic packaging along with the packing slip to the address we provide. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process a refund in accordance with this policy. If using your own shipping method to make your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return shipping address and information.
