Each of these hues has a slight texture that's perfect for georgette fans and anyone looking for a more slip-resistant finish with the soft, effortless drape you love.
Take a trip down memory lane with us as we give you an inside look at the new hues!
Pearl. One of our all-time bestsellers, this pink-meets-beige hue is a must for your neutrals collection. If you love the barely-there vibe of colors like Ballet Slippers or Shell Pink, this shade is made with you in mind.Blush. This beauty flew off the shelves when it first dropped in the early days of Haute Hijab. We couldn't be more excited to be bringing it back for you! (Left, Melanie wears Blush in Central Park with Ahmed – how cute are they??!)
Pewter. Don't underestimate the power of the right grey hijab – this is a wardrobe workhorse perfect for those days when you want to give beige a break. Pewter is a neutral light grey that will look equally gorgeous buttoned up into a suit for the office, or tossed over a casual button-down for the weekend.
Dusty Mauve. All the appeal of HH classics like Light Mink and Rose Quartz, in a version that's a bit more purple than pink. And just like Light Mink, it magically brings out the glow of any skin tone. (Pro tip - if you have fair skin with a cool undertone, this will give you all the neutral vibes you crave without washing you out!)
Rosewood. Inspired by one of the most-requested hijab colors from Mel's personal collection (above), this is a light brown hue with an ample pink undertone that makes it universally flattering for all skin tones.
Mink. Need we say more? Okay, we'll say more. Mink has been a best-selling hue since the earliest days of HH, thanks to its effortless vibe and versatility. It's perfect for cool skin tones but rich enough to flatter anyone! (Been looking for our Everyday Georgette in Mink? Try this one on for size!)
Camel. As classic as it gets. This is a rich beige/brown hue with slight olive undertones that goes great with other timeless shades like navy, olive or ivory – so it's a must for basically any wardrobe and especially useful for business professional looks.
Taupe. A must-have muted medium brown with sable undertones. It looks great on just about anyone, but is especially ideal for medium skin or lighter skin tones that may be washed out by paler neutrals.
Chestnut. *Perfect* for warm skin tones, this beauty was inspired by one of Mel's old faves – a limited-edition hue called "Tawny." It's a gorgeously rich, medium brown hue that's guaranteed to bring out the glow in your skin. An effortless way to transition from summer to fall.
Cocoa. A rich, dark brown with subtle red and pink undertones that instantly bring out your skin's natural glow. This velvety shade flatters a wide range of skin tones.
All of these must-have shades – plus curated sets for Warm and Cool skin tones are now available! And, if you're wondering how they stack up next to each other or how they look on an actual person, Melanie models the colors below (except for Pewter)!
