This past weekend I kept it casual and comfy in this denim-on-denim outfit that's effortlessly chic!

I broke up the denim from looking too stale with a skinny braided belt. This cognac color has been my favorite in belts lately. Got this one from Massimo Dutti.

I got the denim top from J.Crew this past season - it's the Always Chambray Shirt and it's extremely versatile and comfy. I also love pairing it with black cigarette pants and a white tee.

I kept the accessories neutral with my Elsie suede pumps (now on sale!), Haute Hijab and Prada purse.

 

The great thing about monochromatic outfits is they have a lengthening effect - which for me at 5'2" is always a bonus!

For those of you who spotted this as the English Meadow hijab on IG - mad props! Funny story - the end of the English Meadow fabric roll had a few yards of defective fabric where the background color was white instead of pink... so I kept one defective English Meadow print for myself!
