We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Our Policy

Haute Hijab gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 90 days of original purchase with the exception of vintage hijabs. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Sale items are exchange only and not eligible for refunds. All Black Friday sales are final sale. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

Vintage hijabs are final sale. Please read each item description carefully and note the "Our Hijabs" section before making a vintage hijab purchase.

Refund Process

To return your merchandise using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail the item to be returned along with the packaging slip to the address below. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
