This look was inspired by my polyvore creation featuring the Radiant Rust Scarf. I wore a vintage scarf instead of the Radiant Rust with some red in it to keep with the original theme.   

The beaded neckpiece is from River Island and as soon as I laid my eyes on it I fell in love! The gold and black motif has a real baroque feel and I can't resist an elaborate, beaded neckpiece!

I paired it with a crisp white collared shirt from Gap and black pants from Express I've had for years. They're one of those holy grail wardrobe pieces that I know I'll keep forever!

 

 

 

In addition to my vintage silk scarf, I'm carrying a vintage bag from the 1950s. I'm always so impressed by the quality and durability of vintage pieces.
